If we have a partner agency in your country, we will connect you. Your applicationWe will send you the application materials for the program. We are happy to support and guide you if you have questions about any of the documents. Please take some time and give it the application some thought as it is your "door" to your perfect host family. You can submit the application to our Berlin office electronically or via mail. If you decide to mail the actual documents, we would recommend to send it priority and keep copies as we have seen applications getting lost in the mail before. Please make sure to also send in your €75 non-refundable application fee. Your InterviewOnce you have submitted your application, an AuPairCare representative will conduct an interview with you. This could be either on the phone or in-person. Our main priority is to get to know you, answer all of your remaining questions about the program as well as to advise you about the next steps. Your host familyOnce we have received and reviewed all of your application materials including the interview, we will release your application to interested host families. Families will then get in touch with you to get to know you better and possibly ask for a match. Once we have given your application to an interested family, we will notify you by e-mail. And no need need to stress: We will give you lots of advice about how to clarify your questions with interested host families in order to ensure that you receive the best match possible.
